Boli is a permissionless protocol that maintains a single, coherent global reserve view across multiple blockchain networks. It operates on top of existing multi-chain assets and never issues or custodies the underlying value — it surfaces, and can economically enforce, one invariant: total circulating representations never exceed the attested global reserve.

The problem

The same value, counted separately on every chain.

As real-world and crypto-native assets become multi-chain, the same economic value exists simultaneously as different token representations on different networks. Bridges, wrappers, and burn-and-mint mechanisms create local views of supply — but no open, permissionless system maintains a single, continuously reconciled global reserve state.

Existing solutions are either custodial, permissioned, single-network, or focused on bridging rather than global reserve coherence.

Testnet

Boli runs no chain of its own. Assets settle on the major networks they already live on — EVM, Solana, Stellar and Canton. Tenzro sits between them as a double-accounting layer and a buffer. Pilots read live mainnet contracts on Ethereum, Arbitrum and Solana, and two independent observers sign each epoch.

The middle layer

Boli runs no chain of its own. Tenzro sits between Boli and the networks as a double-accounting layer and a buffer: supply read on each network is accounted again, the two sets are compared every epoch, and attested minting refuses units the reserve does not cover. Furcate supplies hardware identity for the devices Ground reads from, rooted in each one’s TPM.

Registry, observers, and challenge

A registry of registered assets, their representations on each network and the reserves attested against them; network-specific supply observers reading at a pinned block; bridge netting so a unit that crossed a route is counted once; an open attestation and challenge system; and a headroom engine computing what capacity is left.

Circulating supply is read on each network an asset declares and compared against its attested reserve. Bridge routes are declared as part of the asset and netted at the source, so a unit that exists on both sides of a lockbox is not counted twice.

Registration

Anyone can register an asset.

Registration is free and signed by the registrant’s own wallet. It supplies canonical reserve attestation sources, the local representations and their networks, and the bridge routes between them.

Monitoring

Open agents reconcile continuously.

Permissionless agents read circulating supply on each network, ingest or verify reserve attestations, compare against global state, and publish proofs — or raise challenges when divergence appears.

Invariant maintenance

Surfaced, or enforced at the mint.

For assets issued elsewhere, Boli publishes netted supply, the attested reserve, and the headroom between them each epoch. For packs, the invariant is the condition of minting: a request exceeding the attested reserve is refused.

Differentiation

Not a bridge. Not a custodian.

Boli does not compete with asset issuers or custodians. It provides the missing coordination layer that makes multi-network reserve coherence a public good.

An email gets you in. A passkey holds the wallet.

Boli custodies nothing. There is no seed phrase to write down and no key held on your behalf — the signing key lives in your device’s hardware, and Boli never sees it.

    A code opens a session

    You give an email address and it sends a code that expires in ten minutes. The code proves you can read that mailbox. It never signs for you.

    A passkey takes custody

    Your device creates a passkey and keeps it. The node derives your identity from its public key — the private half never leaves the device, and neither we nor the node ever see it.

  3. 03

    The wallet opens

    Balances, packs and the market. Until a passkey is added you can look around but cannot publish a pack, mint, or send anything.
